We have developed Municipality Governance Scorecard Model^© and published the results of our research. We share concrete evidences and a guideline and aim to foster the development of the municipalities with this approach.

IMGM is a model that guides municipalities in evaluating their quality and performance of governance in terms of practicing good governance culture throughout their entire governing processes.
